01 / Built around the people doing the work

The right tools.
For each person.

Residents need a simple way to ask for help. Workers need clear assignments and useful job tools. Managers need an organized picture of what needs attention across their properties.

Administrator / Coordinate

Keep the work moving.

Review incoming requests, assign people, and follow each job from approval to completion.

  • Portfolio overview and work-order filters.
  • Properties, units, people, and job history.
  • Recorded time, expenses, and CSV reports.
  • Operations map, team messages, and asset records.
Explore administrator screens →

Worker / Carry out the repair

Know your next job.

Open an assignment for the location, instructions, and actions needed to document the repair.

  • Assigned jobs and work timers.
  • Job photos, receipts, and expense entries.
  • Completion updates and message replies.
  • Explicit start and end of duty sharing.
Explore worker screens →

Resident / Ask for help

A clearer repair request.

Tell management what needs fixing, add supporting photos, and return to the request to check its progress.

  • Property and unit associated with the account.
  • Repair description, category, and urgency.
  • Request status and completion history.
  • Messages from the management team.
Explore resident screens →

02 / A request becomes a record

A clear path.
From report to repair.

Each step adds useful context to the same work order. The property, assignment, evidence, time, and expenses stay connected as the job progresses.

  1. Report the issue.

A resident submits a repair request, or management creates a work order for a property or common area.

  2. Review & assign.

Management checks the request, sets its status, and assigns the right maintenance team.

  3. Do & document.

Workers follow the instructions, record work time, and add photos and expenses to the job.

  4. Complete & review.

The job is marked completed. Its history remains available for resident updates and management review.

03 / Inside RightNow

See the work.
See the software.

Explore the actual interface, from portfolio oversight to a repair request on a phone-sized screen. Select a role, then open any screenshot for a closer look.

04 / More context. Less chasing.

Keep the details
with the work.

A repair is more than a title and a status. RightNow brings the supporting information into the same system so the next person can pick up the thread.

Work management

Requests & assignments

Create, review, approve, and assign work. Filter jobs by status and search by work order, property, or unit.

Supporting evidence

Photos & receipts

Keep job photos and supporting receipts with the repair record. Give the image a description so its purpose is clear.

Cost visibility

Time & expenses

Use work timers and expense entries to build job totals. Review recorded information and export CSV reports.

Property context

Buildings & history

Organize work by property and unit. Return to the building’s repair history when reviewing recurring issues or past work.

Team coordination

Pings & replies

Send messages to individuals or a team and keep their replies in the conversation. Link a message to the relevant job.

Operational context

Maps & assets

Review reported on-duty worker locations and maintain vehicle and equipment records. GPS asset reports require a configured tracker or gateway.

05 / Work through interruptions

A weak connection
shouldn’t lose the details.

After initial sign-in and synchronization, supported changes can be saved on the device and queued for the server. The Saved changes view makes pending work and retry issues visible.

  • Keep the record. Supported requests, messages, time, expenses, and photos can wait in the local queue.
  • See what is pending. Review saved changes and address any synchronization errors.
  • Reconnect deliberately. Changes synchronize when connectivity and a valid session are available.

Keep the app and its saved data until queued work is confirmed on the server. A new sign-in, first-time setup, or provider verification still requires a connection.

Location, with context

Duty sharing is explicit.

  • Workers start and end duty sharing from their app.
  • Maps distinguish recent reports from stale or off-duty information.
  • The last received position remains a reported location, not proof of attendance.
  • Background tracking requires the native Worker app, supported permissions, and device acceptance.

Browser location reporting runs while the page is active. Maps, push delivery, and device tracking depend on network access and the organization’s configuration.

06 / Designed for client-managed deployment

Your environment.
Your operational control.

RightNow runs against a dedicated server selected and administered by your organization. IT controls the host, approved access routes, user policy, signing accounts, and deployment.

Identity & access

Roles and verification.

Administrator, worker, and resident permissions are enforced by the server. Administrator accounts require an authenticator by default, with sessions limited to eight hours.

  • Three supported MFA choices: authenticator, email code, or SMS code.
  • A sign-in uses one method permitted by company policy.
  • Required enrollment and recovery follow an IT-controlled process.
  • Email and SMS depend on organization-owned delivery providers.

Infrastructure & recovery

A protected server boundary.

The deployment package supports a dedicated Windows or Linux server, including an isolated virtual-machine design that is independent of the chosen hypervisor.

  • Backend bound to loopback behind an approved HTTPS gateway.
  • Client and management routes defined by IT.
  • Backup and restore procedures for data and the MFA encryption key.
  • Client validation of TLS, firewall rules, storage, and recovery.

Security is a shared deployment responsibility. The organization must validate its server, network, devices, providers, and backup recovery before production use.

07 / A complete handoff to your IT team

Full delivery.
Controlled by your team.

The enterprise package prepares your IT team with client software, server options, documentation, and signing/build materials for a company-controlled deployment. Your organization chooses the host, network boundary, provider accounts, signing identities, and approved rollout route.

  1. Choose the host.

IT selects the server platform, architecture, isolated environment, and approved HTTPS address.

  2. Configure access.

Set up administrators, enrollment, company policy, provider accounts, and the organization’s network controls.

  3. Sign & distribute.

The client establishes its own app signing identities and approved distribution route using the supplied tools.

  4. Accept & operate.

Test the real devices, complete a backup and restore exercise, and confirm the required workflows before rollout.

Who is RightNow built for?

RightNow is for property-management companies coordinating maintenance across buildings and units, especially organizations with an established IT department or retained IT partner. It gives administrators, workers, and residents a clear shared workflow while the organization manages the deployment.

Does the organization run its own server?

Yes. The current delivery is client-managed. IT chooses and operates the server and network, provides the approved HTTPS address, and manages accounts, recovery, and distribution. Windows and Linux packages and virtual-environment guidance are included.

What is included with the $2,999.99 USD enterprise licence?

The one-time enterprise licence includes the RightNow 1.2 customer deployment package: Windows desktop software, separate Android Admin, Worker, and Resident apps, Windows or Linux server options, browser access, and the customer/IT documentation and technical references needed for a client-managed rollout. Company name, logo, colours, and support details can be configured for the delivery.

Do we need Enterprise + Professional Install for $6,999.99 USD?

No. Your own IT team or retained IT partner can deploy RightNow using the supplied materials. If you want a professionally coordinated implementation, choose Enterprise + Professional Install for $6,999.99 USD. It includes the RightNow enterprise licence and the scoped installation engagement; confirmed access and qualified-partner availability still apply.

Can workers use RightNow without a connection?

After initial sign-in and synchronization, supported changes can be saved locally for later synchronization. Saved changes shows pending items and errors. First-time sign-in and verification require connectivity. Confirm that queued work has reached the server before clearing app data or replacing a device.

Are all three MFA methods used at every sign-in?

No. A sign-in uses one enrolled method allowed by the organization’s policy. Authenticator, email, and SMS are supported choices. Administrators require an authenticator by default; email and SMS need the organization’s delivery providers.

Does the map continuously track everyone?

Worker sharing starts and ends through the duty controls. The map shows reported positions and their freshness. Browser reporting runs while the page is active; native background tracking requires the Worker phone app and approved device permissions. A location report is not proof of attendance or time worked.

Are installable iPhone and iPad apps included today?

No. The current customer package includes iPhone/iPad build and client-signing inputs for a client-owned Apple release pathway, but not a production-signed installable Apple app. A release still needs your Apple account, signing, and approved distribution route. HTTPS browser access can support a limited pilot; it does not replace native background tracking.

Can we bring time and cost information into other tools?

Administrators can review recorded time and job expenses and export CSV reports. The software’s labor figures are estimates based on recorded work time and rates; payroll or accounting integration should be defined and validated with your IT and finance teams.

Can RightNow carry our company identity?

Yes. The delivery can be configured with your company name, logo, colours, support details, and organization-specific server address. The organization also controls user accounts and its deployment. Any custom design, integrations, or rights beyond the agreed configuration are defined in the written scope for your order.

Is this an emergency-response service?

No. Requests may not be reviewed immediately. For immediate danger, residents must contact emergency services and the building’s emergency contact. Each organization should establish and communicate its own response procedures.

How do we arrange a demo or discuss the enterprise package?

Email info@emphosgroup.com with your property portfolio, team size, required devices, branding needs, and deployment preference. EMPHOS can discuss the $2,999.99 USD one-time enterprise licence, the $6,999.99 USD Enterprise + Professional Install package, a demonstration, and the written rollout scope.
