Policy Overview

Digital Delivery Policy

This Digital Delivery Policy applies to all digital products, downloadable content, licenses, and other electronically delivered goods and services offered by EMPHOS Group through its services. It explains how digital purchases are delivered, what customers can expect after checkout, and how access issues are handled.

This policy applies to digital products only. For physical goods, customers should refer to the separate Shipping Policy. By purchasing a digital product, the customer agrees to this Digital Delivery Policy.

Section 1

What Constitutes a Digital Product

For the purpose of this policy, digital products include, but are not limited to:

  • Downloadable files such as documents, PDFs, templates, design files, audio files, video files, or image files.
  • Software, applications, plugins, scripts, or tools delivered electronically.
  • Digital licenses, activation keys, access codes, or serial numbers.
  • Online courses, training materials, e-books, or educational content.
  • Subscriptions or memberships that grant access to digital content or features.
  • Any other content or product delivered electronically rather than physically.
Need clarification? If a customer is unsure whether a product qualifies as a digital product under this policy, they should contact EMPHOS Group before completing the purchase.

Section 2

How Digital Products Are Delivered

2.1 Delivery Method

Digital products are delivered electronically. Depending on the product, delivery may occur through one or more of the following methods:

  • Instant download link provided on the order confirmation page immediately after successful payment.
  • Email delivery of a download link, access code, or license key to the email address entered at checkout.
  • Access granted through a secure account area, portal, membership area, or course platform after payment confirmation.
  • A combination of these methods, as described on the product listing page.

The specific delivery method for each digital product should be stated on the product page. If it is not specified, delivery will be made by email to the address used at checkout.

2.2 Delivery Timing

In most cases, digital products are delivered instantly or within minutes after confirmed payment. In rare circumstances, including high-volume periods or products requiring manual processing, delivery may take up to 24 hours.

Before contacting support: customers who have not received their digital product within 24 hours should first check spam or junk folders.

If the product has still not arrived after 24 hours, and it is not in spam, the customer should contact EMPHOS Group with their order number for assistance.

2.3 Email Address Accuracy

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided at checkout is accurate, active, and able to receive messages from the EMPHOS Group domain. EMPHOS Group is not liable for non-delivery caused by incorrect email entry, full inboxes, aggressive spam filtering, or other issues on the recipient’s side.

If an incorrect email address was entered, the customer should contact EMPHOS Group immediately to request re-delivery assistance.

Section 4

System Requirements and Compatibility

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that their device, operating system, software, storage capacity, browser, and internet connection meet the minimum requirements needed to access and use the digital product being purchased.

Where applicable, system requirements and compatibility information will be listed on the product page. EMPHOS Group does not provide refunds or exchanges where the customer’s hardware, software, or operating system is incompatible and the requirements were disclosed before purchase.

Common examples of system requirements include:

  • Operating system version, such as Windows, macOS, iOS, or Android.
  • Required software or applications needed to open or use the product.
  • Minimum available storage space for downloaded files.
  • Internet speed for streaming or portal-based access.
  • Browser type and supported version for web-based products or portals.
Best move before purchase: if compatibility is unclear, contact EMPHOS Group before checkout rather than after the fact.

Section 5

License and Permitted Use

5.1 Grant of License

Upon successful purchase and delivery, EMPHOS Group grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the digital product for personal, non-commercial purposes unless a different license is expressly stated.

5.2 Restrictions

Unless an explicit commercial or extended license has been granted in writing, the customer may not:

  • Reproduce, copy, duplicate, sell, resell, or redistribute the digital product or any portion of it.
  • Share, transfer, sublicense, or provide access to any third party.
  • Use the digital product for commercial purposes without authorization.
  • Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works, except as allowed by law.
  • Remove or obscure copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices.
  • Upload, post, or otherwise make the product publicly available online without prior written consent.

5.3 Commercial Licenses

Customers wishing to use a digital product for commercial purposes, resale, or distribution must obtain a commercial license where available or contact EMPHOS Group to discuss licensing arrangements.

5.4 Ownership

Purchase of a digital product does not transfer ownership of the underlying intellectual property. All rights remain with EMPHOS Group or its licensors. The customer is purchasing a license to use the product, not ownership of the product itself.

Section 6

Refunds for Digital Products

6.1 General No-Refund Policy

Because digital content can be accessed immediately, all sales of digital products are generally final and non-refundable once the product has been accessed, downloaded, or a license key has been revealed or activated.

Important: by completing a purchase of a digital product, the customer acknowledges and agrees to this general no-refund position, subject to the limited exceptions below.

6.2 Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Issued

Refund requests may be considered in the following circumstances:

  • The product was not delivered and cannot be delivered after reasonable troubleshooting efforts.
  • The product delivered is materially different from its product listing description.
  • The product contains a significant defect or error that makes it substantially unusable for its intended purpose, and a corrected version cannot be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
  • A duplicate purchase was made within 24 hours of the original transaction and neither copy has been accessed or downloaded.

Refund requests must be submitted within 7 calendar days of purchase. EMPHOS Group may request supporting information such as screenshots, error messages, or order details during review.

6.3 Refund Process

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Once a refund is issued, the customer’s license to use the digital product is immediately revoked and all copies must be deleted from their devices and storage.

Section 7

Technical Issues and Support

If a customer experiences technical difficulty accessing, downloading, or using a digital product, they should contact EMPHOS Group with:

  • The order number.
  • A description of the issue.
  • The device type, operating system, and browser or application being used.
  • Any error messages received, with screenshots where possible.

EMPHOS Group will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues within 1–3 business days. If the issue is caused by a fault in the product, a corrected version or a full refund may be offered at EMPHOS Group’s discretion. If the problem is caused by the customer’s own device, software, or system configuration, guidance may be provided where possible, but resolution cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Section 8

Unauthorized Distribution and Intellectual Property Infringement

EMPHOS Group prohibits unauthorized reproduction, distribution, sharing, or resale of its digital products. Suspected unauthorized distribution may result in immediate revocation of access, account termination without refund, and legal action where appropriate.

If EMPHOS Group discovers or reasonably suspects unauthorized distribution, it may:

  • Immediately revoke access to all digital products associated with the account.
  • Terminate the customer account without notice or refund.
  • Pursue any available legal remedies, including claims for damages.

Section 9

Product Availability and Updates

EMPHOS Group reserves the right to modify, update, discontinue, or remove any digital product from its catalogue at any time without notice. Re-download availability is not guaranteed indefinitely after purchase, and customers are encouraged to securely save their products promptly after delivery.

Where updates are corrections or minor improvements, EMPHOS Group will make reasonable efforts to provide access to the updated version at no additional charge. Major new releases or substantially new versions may be offered separately for purchase.

Section 10

Privacy and Digital Purchases

When a customer purchases a digital product, EMPHOS Group collects and processes the personal information needed to complete the transaction, deliver the product, and maintain license records, as described in its Privacy Policy.

EMPHOS Group states that it does not sell personal information to third parties. It may collect technical usage information for certain portal-based or streaming products for security, fraud prevention, and service improvement purposes.

Section 11

Changes to This Policy

EMPHOS Group may update or modify this Digital Delivery Policy at any time. Changes will be posted with an updated revision date. Continued use of the services or continued purchasing of digital products after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

For purchases made before a policy revision, the version of the policy in effect at the time of purchase will govern that transaction.
