Victor Brodeur is the founder and builder behind EMPHOS Group Corporation. Working from Chilliwack, British Columbia, he leads the company’s original research and product development, connecting the underlying technology to the experience of using it. His work includes Aletheia, the EMPHOS language model, and Heinrich, the AI workspace built around it.

As CEO and Director, Victor sets the product roadmap and long-term company direction while remaining hands-on with research, engineering, and design. That work extends to FieldLine PDF’s professional document workflows and the ten-device HAVEN R&D suite. His focus is on carrying ideas through to practical products: understandable controls, useful results, and a complete experience from first use to ongoing support.

Kelly Meeds is an educational assistant specializing in children with special needs. She brings a direct understanding of how people learn, communicate, and interact with the tools around them—and how much difference a thoughtful design choice can make.

As a Director, Kelly brings that perspective into EMPHOS’s approach to accessibility and human-centred design. Across the software and HAVEN device research, her focus is on clear communication, approachable interaction, and the needs of people with different abilities. She keeps the conversation connected to the people using the technology and the everyday barriers it should help them overcome.

Nadine Collison holds a degree in Environmental Studies and brings an environmental perspective to EMPHOS’s development. Her background helps connect the company’s technical ambitions with the energy, materials, and operating choices that support them.

As a Director, Nadine supports the company’s focus on resource efficiency, thoughtful planning, and environmental responsibility. As the roadmap grows across software, devices, and future infrastructure, she brings attention to how that work is measured and how its environmental priorities carry into practical decisions.
