Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy governs how users may access and use EMPHOS Group Services. It exists to protect platform integrity, user safety, system security, and to make it very clear that unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or technically hostile behavior is not welcome here.
Abuse Is Prohibited
Illegal activity, harassment, fraud, malware, scraping, and security abuse are all squarely off the table.
User Accountability
Users are responsible for activity on their accounts, submitted content, and cooperation during investigations.
Enforcement Rights
EMPHOS Group may warn, suspend, terminate, remove content, or report violations to authorities when necessary.
Overview
Acceptable Use Policy
This Acceptable Use Policy (“AUP”) governs the use of all Services, platforms, digital products, software tools, and online resources (“Services”) provided by Emphos Group (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using any of our Services, you agree to comply with this AUP in addition to our Terms of Service, EULA, and all other applicable policies.
This AUP is designed to protect the integrity and security of our Services, safeguard the experience of all users, and ensure that our Services are not used for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes. Violations of this AUP may result in immediate suspension or termination of access without refund and may be reported to applicable law enforcement authorities.

Permitted Use
Our Services are made available for lawful purposes only. You may use our Services to:
- Browse, purchase, and use products and services offered by Emphos Group for their intended purpose.
- Access and use licensed digital products in accordance with the applicable End User License Agreement.
- Communicate with Emphos Group for customer service, support, and account management purposes.
- Create an account and manage your personal profile and purchase history.

Prohibited Conduct
2.1 Illegal and Harmful Activities
- Engage in any activity that violates any applicable local, provincial, national, or international law or regulation.
- Facilitate, promote, or engage in illegal gambling, fraud, money laundering, or any other financial crime.
- Distribute, sell, or facilitate the distribution of illegal goods, substances, or materials.
- Engage in human trafficking, exploitation, or any form of abuse or harassment of any individual.
- Threaten, intimidate, stalk, or harass any person.
- Incite violence, hatred, or discrimination against any individual or group based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic.
2.2 Intellectual Property Violations
- Infringe the copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, or other intellectual property rights of Emphos Group or any third party.
- Upload, distribute, or otherwise make available any content, software, or material to which you do not have the legal right.
- Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our Services or Licensed Products beyond the scope of the applicable license.
- Circumvent or attempt to circumvent any digital rights management (DRM) or copy-protection mechanisms.
2.3 Security and Technical Abuse
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our Services, servers, networks, databases, or other infrastructure.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or any connected system without express written authorization.
- Introduce, upload, or transmit any virus, malware, ransomware, spyware, adware, Trojan horse, worm, or other malicious code.
- Conduct denial-of-service (DoS) or distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks against our Services or any third-party service.
- Engage in any form of automated scraping, crawling, or data harvesting from our Services without prior written consent.
- Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to place orders, create accounts, or otherwise interact with the Services in a non-human manner.
- Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security-related features of the Services.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise derive the source code of any software forming part of our Services.
2.4 Content Standards
- Upload, post, submit, or transmit content that is false, misleading, defamatory, or fraudulent.
- Upload, post, submit, or transmit content that is obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise inappropriate.
- Upload, post, submit, or transmit content that exploits, harms, or threatens the safety of minors in any way.
- Upload, post, submit, or transmit content that contains personal information of another individual without their consent.
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
2.5 Commercial Misuse
- Resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any aspect of our Services without prior written consent.
- Use our Services to develop competing products or services.
- Conduct unauthorized commercial solicitation, multi-level marketing, or pyramid schemes through our Services.
- Use our trademarks, logos, or branding without express prior written permission.
This is the part where common sense becomes policy text: don’t commit crimes, don’t abuse the platform, don’t attack the infrastructure, and don’t treat someone else’s IP like a community snack table.

User Responsibilities
You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account. You agree to:
- Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
- Ensure that any content you submit to our Services complies with this AUP and all applicable laws.
- Promptly comply with any instructions or notices from Emphos Group regarding your use of the Services.
- Cooperate with any investigation Emphos Group undertakes in connection with a suspected AUP violation.
Section 4
Monitoring and Enforcement
Emphos Group reserves the right, but is not obligated, to monitor use of the Services for compliance with this AUP. In response to a violation or suspected violation of this AUP, we may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Issue a formal warning.
- Suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services.
- Remove any content that violates this AUP.
- Report your activity to applicable law enforcement authorities.
- Pursue civil or criminal legal remedies.
We are not obligated to provide a refund upon termination of access due to an AUP violation.
Section 5
Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any use of our Services that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to info@emphosgroup.com with “AUP VIOLATION” in the subject line. Please include as much detail as possible. We will investigate all reports and take appropriate action.
Section 6
Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this AUP at any time. Updates will be posted to this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised AUP.
