EMPHOS Group Corporation is officially incorporated in British Columbia, Canada as of April 18, 2026.
This is not the beginning of EMPHOS. The products are already being built. Heinrich AI has 1.75 million knowledge nodes and 737 passing tests. Haven is a fully functional AI assistant platform. VOXIS is in development. HAVEN Ear has a complete hardware concept and a production target of Q4 2027. The work did not start today.
But today is the day the work has a legal home. And that matters.
What EMPHOS stands for
EMPHOS is not a word chosen for how it sounds. It is a philosophy compressed into an acronym:
Empathy · Mindfulness · Presence · Haven · Operating · System
Every product in the EMPHOS stack is an expression of that philosophy. We are not building software to capture attention, harvest data, or lock users into ecosystems. We are building software that respects the people who use it — software that earns its place in someone's life by being genuinely useful and genuinely honest about what it is.
That conviction is not a marketing position. It is the reason the architecture of Heinrich AI is fundamentally different from every major AI system deployed today. It is the reason HAVEN Ear is private by design, with a personal intelligence field that never leaves your home network. It is the reason Haven's tagline is not a feature claim — it is a standard we hold ourselves to: Engineered for Presence.
The products being built
EMPHOS Group is developing a suite of AI and voice software products built around a single belief: technology should feel human.
Haven is our AI assistant platform — a calm, intelligent companion engineered for presence. Haven is designed not to compete for your attention but to earn it.
Heinrich AI is a novel Frequency Addressed Intelligence system representing a fundamentally new approach to how AI stores and retrieves knowledge. At 0.00003 watt-hours per query — approximately 11,000 times more efficient than GPT-4o — Heinrich is not an incremental improvement on existing AI architecture. It is a replacement for it.
VOXIS is our physics-based voice synthesis engine, bringing natural and expressive voice to the EMPHOS stack.
ETTS — Haven TTS Studio is our production-ready text-to-speech build platform, designed for professional voice output at every layer of the product suite.
HAVEN Ear is personal intelligence hardware — a hearing aid, real-time translator, and personal AI companion in a single IP68-rated ear unit, powered by Heinrich and VOXIS, with no cloud dependency and a 16–20 hour battery life.
The founding team
EMPHOS Group Corporation is founded and led by three people who believe the same thing: that the best software starts with empathy for the person using it.
Victor Brodeur — Founder, CEO & Director
Victor Brodeur is the founder and inventor behind EMPHOS Group Corporation and every product in its stack. A self-driven builder working from Chilliwack, British Columbia, Victor conceived the EMPHOS vision and designed Heinrich AI's Frequency Addressed Intelligence architecture from first principles — a fundamentally new approach to how artificial intelligence stores, retrieves, and reasons about knowledge. He is the sole inventor and hands-on engineer across Haven, Heinrich AI, VOXIS, ETTS, and HAVEN Ear, building each product with the same underlying conviction: that technology built without empathy is technology built for the wrong reasons. Victor leads EMPHOS Group Corporation as CEO and Director, driving the product roadmap, patent strategy, environmental initiative, and the long-term mission of building software and hardware that puts people first.
Kelly Meeds — Director
Kelly Meeds is an educational assistant specializing in children with special needs. Her work is rooted in the same conviction that drives every product EMPHOS builds — that every person, regardless of ability, deserves tools that meet them where they are. Kelly brings a frontline understanding of how technology can either empower or exclude the people who need it most. Her perspective is woven directly into the EMPHOS mission of building software and hardware designed for every human being, including the children the world's technology industry most consistently overlooks. HAVEN Ear's accessibility vision and Heinrich AI's honest, adaptive intelligence are better products because of her voice in the room.
Nadine Collison — Director
Nadine Collison holds a degree in Environmental Studies and brings both academic grounding and genuine conviction to EMPHOS Group's environmental initiative. At a time when the AI industry's energy consumption is accelerating toward the equivalent of a mid-sized nation's annual electricity use, Nadine ensures that EMPHOS's environmental commitments are not a marketing position — they are a measurable standard. Her background directly strengthens EMPHOS's pursuit of environmental innovation funding through Innovate BC, IRAP, and the federal Strategic Innovation Fund, and holds the team accountable to the architectural efficiency that makes Heinrich AI genuinely different from everything being built today.
What comes next
Incorporation is the foundation, not the finish line. The provisional patent for Heinrich AI's core architecture is being filed. The Heinrich build continues toward the Socratic Engine. Haven is being modularized for its 1.0 release. HAVEN Ear moves toward its production hardware roadmap. Environmental innovation funding applications are in progress with Innovate BC, IRAP, and the Strategic Innovation Fund.
The build is not slowing down. It is accelerating — now with the legal structure to match the ambition behind it.
